Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

How to withdraw

To exercise this right you must inform us (Gokmen Kadir Seynova, Heidestraße 103, 42549 Velbert, Germany, email: gseynova@gmail.com) by a clear statement of your decision to withdraw. You may use the "Vertrag widerrufen" (withdraw from contract) button on our website, the model withdrawal form, or simply write to us.

Withdrawal button

A clearly visible "Vertrag widerrufen" button is available on our website throughout the withdrawal period. After entering your details you confirm using the "Widerruf bestätigen" button. We confirm receipt without delay by email.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

If you asked us to start during the withdrawal period

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the point you withdraw.

When the right lapses for digital content

For contracts supplying digital content, your right of withdrawal lapses once we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
