Note on language

The German version of these terms is the legally binding one. This English version is provided for your convenience.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of B1Pass, provided by Gokmen Kadir Seynova, Heidestraße 103, 42549 Velbert, Germany.

2. What the service does

B1Pass provides practice tasks for German language examinations and assesses submitted texts and speech automatically using an AI language model.

3. No examination result is owed

We owe you access to the practice and assessment features, not a pass in any examination. Assessments are non-binding estimates, not official proof of a language level.

4. Prices and usage allowances

Prices shown at checkout include VAT. Each tier includes a daily and a monthly assessment allowance, stated before purchase. Unused allowance does not carry over.

5. Term and cancellation

Subscriptions run indefinitely and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current billing period, using the cancellation button required by § 312k BGB.

6. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of a material contractual duty, limited to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Liability for failing an examination is excluded.

7. Governing law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of habitual residence are unaffected.
